It’s hard enough to prize yourself away from the online shopping basket, but now Zara have launched a new line of matte lipsticks to tempt us in.. and they look lip-smackingly good.

Jo Malone sets her eyes on new smellyvision tech

Jo Malone CBE, and her incredible sense of smell, have been at the centre of the fragrance industry for decades. However, now she has her nose trained on new technology to allow consumers to enjoy her scents. The launch of her Fragrance Paintbrush has sparked bigger discussion about the imminent future of fragrance, and her plans to convert smell to screen. Malone has been quoted saying that soon “we’ll be able to switch on our computer or phone and be able to smell a fragrance.”

Having seen the run on beauty advent calendars last year Hearst have grabbed a piece of the action, with 4 advent calendars from ELLE, Harper’s Bazaar, Red and Good Housekeeping.
