<p>It’s been a hectic month in the office, but our biggest highlight of the month was undoubtedly the SKINFORIA Love Actually PR activation. We wanted to shout from the rooftop about the recent launch of SKINFORIA, and we wanted to thank all our favourite beauty journalists. So what better time to do it than at Christmas, whilst re-enacting ‘Love Actually’s’ iconic ‘you are perfect scene’.</p>
<p>On 11th December, the SKINFORIA gang stomped around London, individually surprising each journalist with a message to remind them that SKINFORIA thinks they are PERFECT too! Of course, this was all caught on camera for your viewing pleasure..</p></div>

THE SOCIAL TEAM SIGNED THE ICONIC BEYOND MEDISPA AS A CLIENT, OUR DIGITAL TEAM WORKED WITH TWO TOP PARENTING INFLUENCERS TO PRODUCE ‘A DAY IN THE LIFE OF’ ACTIVATION FOR MUSTELA AND FINALLY, OUR PR TEAM SECURED COVERAGE IN ELLE MAGAZINE FOR ALUMIER’S GAME-CHANGING NEW PRODUCT – EVER ACTIVE C &amp; E. </strong></h4>

<p>Established In 2006 And With Locations In Harvey Nichols In London, Liverpool And Edinburgh, <a href="https://www.beyondmedispa.com/">Beyond Medispa</a> Is An Advanced Medical And Aesthetic Centre Which Specialises In Offering Patients With The Very Latest In Next Generation Medical And Aesthetic Treatments For Both The Face And Body.</p>
<p>As the brand partners with <a href="https://www.skinforia.com/index.php/welcome-to-skinforia">Skinforia</a>; a beauty e-commerce platform set to rival the likes of Cult Beauty and an already social media and content client of ours, Beyond Medispa also partnered with us in November and RKM will be managing all social media and content for the clinic.</p>
<p>November was also the month that saw an influx of <a href="https://www.alumiermd.com/">Alumier </a>coverage across top magazine titles. A particular highlight for the PR team included a print feature in Elle Magazine, discussing good skin from within using Alumier’s game-changing new product – Ever Active C&amp;E. Other top titles across November have seen Alumier appear in Country &amp; Townhouse, Professional Beauty and two influencer mentions from Lydia Millen and Zara Martin.</p>
<p>And finally, to drive more footfall to <a href="https://www.mustela.co.uk/">Mustela </a>pharmacies throughout the festive period, the RKM digital team filmed with two top parenting influencers All Dads Talk &amp; Ella Grace Mc to produce a day in the life of activation. All Dads Talk &amp; Ella Grace curated content in point of view style filming, to show the lifestyle of a parent and why they choose Mustela.</p>

<h4><strong>October and November have been a busy few months at RKM HQ. With client press days to introduce a brand-new treatment to UK press, scouting out the latest under the radar beauty brands at Indie Beauty Expo and most excitingly a brand new RKM-er joining the team, it’s a been a busy Autumn so far. </strong></h4>
<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Hosted at leading clinics across London, including Harley Street’s CosmeSurge and the Four Seasons Park Lane, we invited health and beauty journalists to experience the treatment and see the results for themselves.</p>
<p>Research has found that individual skin cells, absorption and regenerative capacity is heightened milliseconds before the heart beats. At this time, hydrating and rejuvenating ingredients, which are delivered through a combination of exclusive hyaluronic rich gels, can better permeate the cell membrane to deliver results deep into the skin.</p>
<p>Across the three days, we were fully booked with journalists from OK! magazine, Red.co.uk, Aesthetic Medicine, Marie Claire, Get the Gloss and The Telegraph to name a few, with each amazed at the technology, proving that as with many treatments in the industry… results have to be seen to be believed!</p>
<p>October was also the month that the very first Indie Beauty Expo came to East London and of course we went to see what the fuss was about! Coming direct from LA, the event provides exposure and acts as a central hub for new and emerging start-up beauty brands. Held in a Shoreditch Warehouse, the space was beautiful, filled with some amazing new brands utilising ingredients and formulations that we’d never seen before. After hours of sniffing, trying and swabbing our way around the stalls we left armed with an armful of samples to try. For beauty geeks who love knowing who and what is set to be the next big thing, it was nothing short of Christmas for us!</p>
<p>And lastly, but in-fact most importantly, November saw a brand new RKM team member, the lovely Sophie! With experience working with high-end luxury brands, Sophie has joined the team as a Junior Account Executive and is already obsessed with all thing’s beauty. Welcome Sophie!</p>

<h4><strong>This September we have seen some brilliant and exciting campaigns emerge, including our big Daddy Day Care event for <a href="https://www.mustela.co.uk/">Mustela</a> and the launch of EverActive C&amp;E for <a href="https://www.alumiermd.co.uk/">AlumierMD</a>. </strong></h4>

<p>We worked to create a morning of relaxation at <a href="https://www.duckanddry.com/">Duck and Dry</a> for Dads and parents, which was also a fun, creative morning for the kids. As many of Mustela’s products are formulated using their patented ingredient <a href="https://www.mustela.co.uk/content/heart-of-mustela/avocado-perseoser">Avocado Perseose</a>, we had an avocado and spoon race, kicking off the sports day in style!</p>

<p>While the kids were racing the Dads were having ‘Daddy-Do’s’ and relaxing, learning all about Mustela’s products and why they are the best for babies’ and children’s skin. As well as having a great time we gathered some brilliant feedback, and kicked off our <a href="https://www.instagram.com/mustelauk/">#DiscoverMustela campaign</a>, hosted across all the brand’s social media channels.</p>
<p>This month saw the embargo lifted in AlumierMD’s biggest new launch, <a href="https://www.alumiermd.co.uk/">EverActive C&amp;E</a>. In July we hosted a dinner at <a href="https://www.19greekstreet.co.uk/">19 Greek Street</a> with trade and consumer press, and influencers, explaining the power of the ground-breaking new Vitamin C &amp; E serum. With over four years R&amp;D this product is cutting edge in tackling the oxidation challenges when harnessing antioxidant and peptide power in skincare, allowing for a potency that actively promotes collagen synthesis.</p>
<p>Vitamin C serums should be clear to straw coloured for optimal effectiveness. When exposed to air or light, the Vitamin C oxidises, causing many serums turn an orange or brownish colour. Once the Vitamin C has oxidised it is no longer beneficial for the skin. EverActive C&amp;E stays fresh because you only mix the Vitamin C into the serum when you’re ready to use it; keeping it fresher and more potent for longer.<br />

<h4><strong>July has been an amazing month for coverage, meetings and SPF skin features &#8211; Thanks to the heat wave!</strong></h4>

<p>This July marked fifteen years since our client <a href="https://uk.teoxane-beauty.com/">Teoxane Laboratories </a>entered the facial aesthetics market. They celebrated their anniversary with well-known industry professionals such as Dr Raul Cetto and Dr Sarah Tonks on the gorgeous rooftop of Trafalgar’s St James Hotel. We were lucky enough to sit down with founder Madame Taupin before the party hit full swing, as she shared her wealth of knowledge about the exciting growth of the company, having achieved so much, and sold more than nine million syringes of TEOSYAL fillers in eighty countries.</p>
<p>The team has also been busy meeting up with some of our favourite influencers! The lovely <a href="https://www.instagram.com/inthefrow/?hl=en">Victoria from ‘In the Frow’ </a>visited L’Atelier on Harley Street for an <a href="https://www.alumiermd.co.uk/">AlumierMD</a> Radiant Peel. This is a peel that is hyper-customisable and can be tailored to individual skin type and concern, offering incredible results with minimal or no downtime. AlumierMD is also a brand that’s loved by the likes of <a href="https://www.instagram.com/alexsteinherr/?hl=en">Alessandra Steinherr</a>, with the Bright and Clear Solution heroed as part of her ‘Sunday Night Facial’ routine.</p>
<p>The DJ and blogging duo <a href="https://www.collyertwins.com/">‘Collyer Twins’ </a>also popped in to KX for <a href="https://zo-skinhealth.co.uk/">ZO’s</a> Stimulator Peel with Dr Toni Phillips to help their skin recover from under the skin breakouts, brought on by the strong sun this summer. This was their second peel, and we couldn’t be happier with their feedback:</p>
<p>“The results have been amazing. It literally works wonders instantly. Our skin feels tighter, more glowing, and after a couple of days those under the skin spots had vanished!”</p>

<p>To launch the ground-breaking new <a href="https://www.alumiermd.com/">AlumierMD</a> skincare product, we held an exclusive molecular three-course dinner at 19 Greek Street. Top tier journalists including Tatler, Glamour, Grazia, Cosmopolitan, Refinery29 and Elle Online joined the AlumierMD team to hear more about the world leading R&amp;D that has gone into creating such an exciting skincare launch.</p>
<p>This month we also headed to The Facial Aesthetic Conference and Exhibition (FACE) where clients including <a href="https://zoskinhealth.com/">ZO Skin Health</a>, <a href="https://lumenis.co.uk/">Lumenis</a> and <a href="https://www.perkskincare.co.uk/">Perk</a> were exhibiting. <a href="https://www.hydrafacial.co.uk/">HydraFacial</a> continued their World Tour at the expo, hosting a pop-up treatment truck for press and delegates alike. We invited key journalists and bloggers including Press Association and Danielle Peazer to try the unique extraction facial for themselves.</p>
<p>We are delighted to have kicked off our work with <a href="https://www.dermaluxled.com/">Dermalux® LED Phototherapy</a> in June. The treatment has set the gold standard in LED light rejuvenation for the skin, helping to fight fine lines, wrinkles and acne. Dermalux® is a favourite of Sarah Chapman and is used in leading clinics and medispa’s around the country. We’ve already secured coverage for Dermalux® in key publications including Telegraph Online and we’re only just getting started. Watch this space…</p>
<p>We’re experts in medical aesthetics, and this was proven when three of our medical device clients appeared in OK! Magazine this month. <a href="https://www.baldangroup.com/en/">Baldan</a>, Lumenis and <a href="https://www.endospheres.com/">Endospherès</a> were all included in an article heroing the best non-invasive methods for getting rid of stubborn pockets of fat. We also focused on Father’s Day for our male-centric clients, with <a href="https://www.scrubd.com/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIho3zz7_x2wIV1EAbCh2u9gL7EAAYASAAEgJbovD_BwE">SCRUBD</a> featured in Independent and The Sun gift guides. A treatment at Dr Viel’s <a href="https://www.lcas.com/">London Centre of Aesthetic Surgery</a> was also championed as a premium gift for dads by GQ Online.</p>

<p>The start of this month saw a fantastic day with <a href="https://www.hydrafacial.co.uk">HydraFacial</a>, as their World Tour came to <a href="https://www.drritarakus.com">Dr Rita Rakus’ London Clinic</a> in Knightsbridge. RKM oversaw appointments with over 30 members of the press. Bloggers including Peony Lim and Cassie Snelgar attended, as well as print titles such as Red Magazine, Fabulous, POWDER, The Express Online, Stylus, Wedding Ideas, Independent and Get the Gloss. All who came were baffled by the results of the HydraFacial and Perk Skincare treatments, and it made for a brilliant day. Lots of beautiful faces leaving the clinic to be showed off across London!</p>
<p>US brand <a href="https://hydropeptide.com">Hydropeptide</a> launched in the UK with 2 fantastic events, organised by the RKM team at Dean Street Town house and the Riding House Café in central London’s Soho. With attendees including consumer titles: Cosmopolitan, Woman&amp;Home, GQ, Daily Mail and Simply You, and trade titles including Stylus, Mintel and TrendStop both events were a huge success. RKM was also enlisted to manage Hydropeptide’s social media channels through the event. Mark, founder of SCRUBD, began his quest to solve the problem of there not being premium all-natural soap blocks crafted specifically for men by sourcing natural ingredients, mixing his own essential oils, hosting scent testing sessions with friends and family, finally leading to the creation of his very own range of handcrafted soaps. Mark and the SCRUBD team are proud of their British and artisanal methods, and therefore began a quest to champion their own tribe of artisans; a group of ‘Masters’ that are tackling their days in their own unique ways. This time the talents of Founder of <a href="https://www.vibetickets.co.uk">Vibe Tickets</a> and Tech Entrepreneur, Luke Massie (26 years old) spoke, alongside Teenage Tech Entrepreneur and Ambassador to The Princes Trust, Ben Towers (19 years old). Youth certainly does have a part to play in the success of these two and talks from both made for a very inspirational morning.</p>
