She is the Director of Kate Kerr London, located at the Spa in Mondrian London and founded SkinHQ, an online destination to empower people with the knowledge to address their individual skin concerns resulting in skin that is at its healthiest and most beautiful.
We began working with Kate Kerr London in March 2016. Uniquely positioned as a Clinical Facialist, at the time Kate was working independently out of PHI Clinic on Harley Street. Her goal was to grow her reputation as a leading expert in the aesthetics industry, as well as increasing demand for her services, driving an internal growth strategy for the business.
We outlined that a core approach to achieving Kate’s goals was to get her in front of as many leading journalists as possible – after all, the experts the media trust are the ones they feature. By year end, we had secured 43 pieces for Kate in top tier titles from The Telegraph to Grazia, Evening Standard, Tatler, Glamour, Good Housekeeping, Sunday Times Style, Stella, Vogue, Cosmopolitan, marie claire and Woman & Home, with multiple insertions. Such was the success of the campaign that by July 2016, Kate needed to upscale to meet client demand. Using our industry network, we secured residency at the prestigious Mondrian London. With roots in a holistic approach, there was a gap for a partnership with a clinical, aesthetic treatment provider to bridge the offering. An agreement was finalised and Kate Kerr London launched by August 2016. An increase in days and extended opening hours allowed Kate to increase her client offering to meet demand.
Fast forward to today and Kate is regarding as one of London’s leading clinical facialists. Beauty Directors from leading publications such as Glamour and the Times are personal clients and Kate is regularly called upon for her expert commentary. Consistent growth (156% increase in coverage from 2016 to 2017) of her client base has since seen Kate expand the team and clinic opening hours once again, with 2018 seeing further expansion for her growing business.
