The Brief

Immediately after the first lockdown was put in place in March 2021, RKM was appointed as the official PR partners to support the launch of Indaba’s brand-new online subscription service – Indaba On Demand.

With studios closed for the foreseeable future and many businesses turning digital, RKM created a strategic PR and influencer press office campaign to position Indaba as experts amongst the wellness industry. Now offering members a unique subscription service which enables users to have the full experience of being in the Indaba studio, RKM supported with widespread messaging that Indaba and the world’s most inspiring teachers could now be accessed anywhere and at any time.

Through a targeted press and media briefing strategy, consumer media announcements, influencer collaborations and gifting, and wider feature placement, RKM generated and sustained engaging press visibility and brand awareness during the lockdown, before focusing on the reopening of Indaba studio in Summer 2021 via engaging press and influencer for studio event days.
